People First Projects
Prayer must touch people spiritually and practically.
The Water Project and The Outreach Vehicle are two first partnership projects in the IVC Mega Church Kitale movement.
Project One
The Water Project
At Mt. Horeb Prayer Mountain, water is a ministry need and a community need. This project will provide safe water for the sanctuary, dormitories, gardens, prayer spaces and people living around the mountain.
The project will include borehole drilling, pumping, water storage, distribution to key points, a water kiosk, and related infrastructure needed for reliable service.

Safe water is a practical expression of love. It supports prayer, health, dignity, hospitality and community service.
Project Two
The Outreach Vehicle
The Gospel must move. The Outreach Vehicle will be a ministry vehicle fitted with PA and outreach equipment to help us reach towns, villages, markets, churches and communities across the region.
It will support open-air meetings, worship outreaches, prayer missions, evangelism, ministry support to other churches and regional people-first missions.

Villages, markets, towns, estates, fellowships, churches, prayer gatherings, open-air crusades and community outreaches across the region.
Why it matters
The Church must go beyond walls. This vehicle becomes a tool for salvation, worship, prayer, discipleship and strengthening other ministries.
